Our aim as a non profit organisation is to help support children, young people and adults with their mental and emotional wellbeing, challenging stigma in society.
How we were created?
Through our experience with working in the NHS and in other private organisations, we found a huge demand of people needing mental health support. Often there were long waiting lists and high fees; many people across marginalised communities were not able to access these services. As a result of this we decided to create this organisation to support this need in the community.
What programmes we run?
We run workshops in the community around various mental health issues, therapeutic groups, training programmes and one-to-one counselling.
What is the cost?
As this is a community based project, all our work is funded by individuals and organisations who also believe in our ethos.
