From children below the age of 12 years old, we offer various forms of therapy, such as play therapy or art therapy, where we work one-to-one with the child’s issue. We can also integrate parents or carers into this treatment.
We provide students with a great opportunity to strengthen their levels of awareness and understanding, on topics and issues that affect young people today. We provide this through open discussions where students can gain practical tools to support themselves and others, while thinking about how they can look after their own wellbeing now and in the future.
We help young people to build their identity through psycho-education; encouraging emotional wellbeing, growth and psychological change. This in turn allows young adults to have a stable foundation for when they do leave education and begin employment they are able to cope with the pressures in life better.
